Garden boxes

We finally got to get to give the gardening project we have planned up at the farm a start this week. My two sons Daniel and Timothy and their friend Josh, came up to the farm for the afternoon to help Laura get her planter boxes together, so we can get some soil next week and start planting, as the weather is hopefully warming up quite a bit now that Spring is officially upon us and the rain has eased up for now.

We made a quick trip into town to get the lumber needed - she is just using 2-12's and we got enough to make 6 boxes.

Josh calls himself a city boy, and this was his first ever visit to a farm, and he had a blast wielding power tools and hanging out with the animals.
